Hellenica Cosmetics S.A. trades products through its website solely for retail customers and end users. Any order not corresponding to a retail sale and any fraudulent or assumedly fraudulent order shall be treated by Hellenica Cosmetics S.A. as void and shall not be processed.

  5. The sale prices of the Products are expressed in Euros and are those applicable at the time of placing an order, including VAT and any other applicable taxes. If the rate of VAT changes between your order date and the date we supply the product, we will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the product in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect. Delivery charges are not included in the sale prices of the Products and shall be added to the price of the products and are indicated separately on the order form.   6. We regularly verify that all the prices displayed on the Website are correct, however, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the event that an obvious error in the pricing of a product is detected, we will offer the customer the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or to cancel the order.


  1. The Buyer should follow a series of simple instructions on the Website in order to place his/her order.
  2. The Buyer may choose one or more products of the different categories that are available through the Website. To choose a product that he/she wishes to purchase, he/she must click "Add to my bag" to place the product selected in the desired quantity in the shopping bag. At any time during shopping customer may review the products in the shopping bag by clicking on "My Bag" of each page. Buyer may save a product on their wishlist, by clicking on the heart icon on the product page. The product will then be moved to customer's Wishlist in "My Account". To access customer's wishlist from any computer, customer must register or sign in with his/her account.
  3. Every order should not exceed a limit of 1,000 Euros as a total amount to be paid. Specific restrictions may apply with regard to maximum purchase amounts for certain payment methods as per Article 8.2 herein below.
  4. The Buyer must follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. He/she may always through the checkout process correct any data he/she has mistakenly entered, change the contents of his/her Bag, or even cancel the entire order before submitting his/her order. Submission of an order by a customer means that he/she acknowledges and declares that he/she has read all the instructions provided during the checkout process and fully accepts these Terms and Conditions. In order for the Buyer to finally place an order request for products via the Website he/she has to click on the Submit button at the end of the order process.
  5. An order of products entails the Consumer's obligation to pay the cost of the order. The sale is completed when the Consumer places the order. HELLENICA COSMETICS S.A. shall confirm the order by sending a related email to the buyer's email address ("order confirmation email"). If some of the products ordered by the customer, are not available, the Company should contact him/ her, by e-mail or/and by phone, within a reasonable period of time since the time the order is placed, in order to notify the customer of the possible delivery time. In this case, the customer can ask for the cancellation of the order of this specified product. If there is any remaining part of the order, then this is normally handled. If the goods are no longer produced or delivered, then, after the above notification, the order is considered not to have been made, without any liability of the Company.
  6. From the moment that the abovementioned step is completed and validated, the buyer may not amend his order. Should he/she wish either to amend or cancel his/her order, he/she has to contact HELLENICA COSMETICS S.A. E-shop Customer Service (Digital Marketing Department) at +30 211 8804 163 during working hours and days (Monday - Friday, 10am -5pm, EET) and request an amendment/ cancellation.

The order confirmation email contains a summary of the Terms and Conditions, information on the essential characteristics of the purchased products, a detailed indication of the price and means of payment, information on delivery charges, information on the conditions and methods to exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 9 herein below, the address to which complaints may be addressed, information on support services and on existing commercial warranties.
  8. If an email order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after the submission of the order, customer may contact us at (+30) 211 8804163 or sales@radiant-professional.com for assistance.
  9. As soon as the order is dispatched, a second email shall be sent to the Buyer, informing him about dispatching of his/her order. From this moment on HELLENICA COSMETICS S.A. is entitled to collect full cost of the order and the related shipping charges.
  10. It is recommended that Buyers should keep all information regarding their orders.

The submission of every order through the Website means that the users accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Use and General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Privacy Policy, and Use of Cookies without any reservation regarding their terms and possible special agreements between the parties. The Buyer is solely responsible for the correction of any possible mistakes done by him/her during the submission of the order through the Website. The submission of an order results a distance contract between HELLENICA COSMETICS S.A. and the Buyer and is ruled by the relevant regulations. The Buyer has the obligation to pay for the total price of his/her order, as long as his has submitted the order through the Website.


  1. We often offer special offers to our customers applicable by adding a special offer coupon code to your order during "Checkout". Special offers are available for as long as relevant stock of the Products is also available. Customers must simply enter their code into the "coupon code" box during the checkout process on the website. Coupon codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear.
  2. Once a coupon code is accepted, the relevant offer will be displayed in the "Order Review".

  • Orders are processed and delivered on working days only (Monday to Friday until 2pm (EET), excluding holidays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon time of receiving an order. Please note that orders placed after 2pm (EET) will be processed on the following working day.
  • Orders are shipped by DHL. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the Receiver's address but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. DHL may notify Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Receiver may be offered alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day, no signature required, redirection or collection at a DHL Service Point.   • Customer shall bear all shipping charges, which are indicated separately on the order form and into the delivery note. Shipping costs depend on the delivery option customer chooses for his/her order. Shipping can also happen without extra cost, depending on the total value of the order.   • Shipping time provided is based only on estimates of our shipping partners and might be longer, but for your convenience we provide you with the following table showing the estimated arrival time of your order after dispatching, according to the zone of the country of destination.


Some products offered on our Website are classified as "hazardous" by our shipping partners (e.g. nail varnish), and can only be send via "Standard Shipping".

If you have added "hazardous" items to your shopping bag, "Express delivery" option will be disabled during checkout. In order to proceed with checkout and to submit your order, please select "Standard delivery" or remove any "hazardous" items from your shopping bag.

Products classified as "hazardous" for shipping reasons will bear a special label at the description section of the product on the Website.

11. The products are delivered only to the Buyer.

According to the delivery option selected by the Buyer through DHL on demand service https://ondemand.dhl.com/,it may be required to show an Identity Card to the courier or to the staff at the delivery location, that is chosen by the buyer. Delivery a third person can only happen if he/she is legally authorized to do so or if he/she is chosen by the Buyer through https://ondemand.dhl.com/. The ID or passport details are recorded by the courier /staff of the store.. The customer's signature in the consignment note is expressly agreed to be a clear proof that the order has been delivered to the beneficiary.

12. All products offered for sale on the website are free of any legal or factual defect.

Products which may be modified/repaired by the buyer are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not apply to damaged products because of transportation or due to poor or inappropriate use. The company keeps full ownership of the products ordered via e-shop until the total repayment of their price but also of the costs and taxes included in the invoice/receipt as well as the shipping costs.


  • We always try to offer our customers the finest products available. If, although, you feel that the products you received from us do not meet your expectations or if you just changed your mind, you have the right to withdraw from the contract (in part or whole) and return the products, without specifying any reason, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date you received the products.

  • In case you're not satisfied with what you have ordered or you have changed your mind and want to return it you could either return the items bought through the below detailed procedure or you can also exchange the product that does not satisfy you with another one that is offered on our Website. In any case, you have to complete the Return Form, as stated in the next paragraph, indicating in the Form what you wish to happen with the money spent on the items to be returned, refund or use them to buy another product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging sealed with all their accessories, instructions etc., enabling their resale, and they should not be opened or used.


  • Contact our customer service team by sending an email to sales@radiant-professional.com or complete and send to us the Return Form to let us know that you wish to return one or more items. Our team will guide you through the returns procedure.
  • You should inform us about your intention to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you acquired physical possession of the products. After informing us please send the products to be returned to the Address stated under 10.9. within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you expressed your intention to withdraw from the contract.
  • Please keep products in their original condition ("as new") and in any case in the same condition that they were delivered to you and in accordance with Article 10.4 hereof, and be sure that you wrap them well before you ship them back to us.
  • In order to return theproducts you have received and exercise the right of withdrawal, you have to follow the following steps:
  • After receiving your package and checking that the products are in good condition and in accordance with Article 10.4 hereof, we will reimburse you the full amount paid for your order including the price of the products and the shipping cost within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we were informed that you wish to withdraw from the contract. It may take a little more time for the reimbursement, in case we haven't received on hand the returning Products yet. Please note that only Standard Shipping Cost is refunded. Moreover, if you have chosen Express Delivery when placing your order, you have to carry the shipping cost, as it is non refundable.
  • Shipping cost to return the products to us will be borne by Customer in case of exercising his/her right to withdraw from the contract and by HELLENICA COSMETICS S.A. in case of defective products or non-compliance of delivered products with the ordered ones.

    Return shipping fees are not applied to Foundations & Concealers, as stated below under 10.8.

  • We offer a wide range of shades on all our foundations and concealers. Since the online experience is not always the best way to find your perfect match, you have the right to return foundations & concealers for free, in 14 days.
  • If the shade you ordered is not as expected, we guarantee a free return of the product. If you prefer you may place a new order with a different shade. . Please contact us in order to help you find the perfect shade.
  • If you wish for a refund, we will refund your product as quickly as possible by sending the money back to you through your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take up to 14 days.

FREE Return procedure (for Foundations & Concealers):

To return foundation or/and concealer products, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email at sales@radiant-professional.com regarding your request for return, and make sure you mention your order number, full name,. You can also use the Return Form that you can find here.
  2. Carefully pack items into the box and include the completed invoice. Seal the box mail the box to us in the address below . Please send the package within 14 days from expressing your wish to return them.
  3. In order to be applicable for free return fees you will have to use DHL services. Call DHL service by visiting www.dhl.com → choose a location → Our Divisions → DHL Express → Schedule a return pickup. (or eReturn shipment).

    At such event, please retain the package, the items and invoice and contact us immediately at sales@radiant-professional.com with an email subject "˜Damaged Items' within 14 days from the day you received the defected item. We may also ask you to send us a photo proving the defect of the item.

  2. All our products are dermatologically tested and are not in any way harmful for your skin. If for any reason, you notice a reaction after 1-2 days of using one of our products please contact us immediately at sales@radiant-professional.com with an email subject "˜Reaction to product'.
  3. In case your order is not delivered correctly or some items are missing from the delivery package, we will restore the error at our own cost and ship the correct quantity of items you ordered as soon as possible.
